DESCRIPTION:An den drei folgenden Wochenendterminen: \n\n08.\, 09. und 10. Oktober\n22.\, 23. und 24. November und\n\n12.\,13.\, und 14. November\n\narbeiten wir zusammen mit modernsten Trainingsmethoden und Experten\, um Euch dabei zu unterstützen\, Eure Idee mit einem validierten Geschäftsmodell in die Realität umzusetzen. \nIn dem ersten Modul hadelt es sich darum\, wie Du Deine Vision in die Realität umsetzt. In dem zweiten Modul geht´s weiter. Du arbeitest mit Zahlen und erstellst einen Umsetzungsplan. Bei dem letzten Modul lernst Du\, wie Du Deine Zuhörer*innen und Zuschauer*innen inspirierst. \nNach allen drei Modulen hast Du die Möglichkeit\, vor einer professionellen Jury aus bestehend aus Bankern\, Business Angels\, Vertretern der IHK und erfolgreichen Unternehmern zu pitchen. \nDer Workshop ist für Studierende\, Alumni und Mitarbeiternde der Hochschule Geisenheim und der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht kostenfrei. Jedoch gibt Materialgebühr die in Höhe von 35€ pro Teilnehmer*in. \nDa die Plätze begrenzt sind und wir außerdem sicherstellen wollen\, dass es das richtige Programm für Deinen derzeitigen “Ideenstatus” ist\, freuen wir uns auf ein digitales Interview\, um Deine Motivation und Dein  Engagement einzuschätzen. DESCRIPTION:In Zusammenarbeit mit der Rheingauer Volksbank und den vier regionalen Partnern Bäcker Dries\, KISICO\, Perfect Vision & Wachendorff findet der „Rheingauer Gründungspreis 2021“ statt.\n\nBis zum 10.10.2021 suchen wir innovative visionäre Ideen und Geschäftsmodelle von (angehenden) Gründer*innen aus allen Fachrichtungen bzw. Bereichen der Hochschule Geisenheim und der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht sowie von Rheingauer Gründer*innen\, die sich mit ökologischen\, innovativen\, sozialen oder gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen auf unternehmerische Weise auseinandersetzen. \nDer Gründungspreis ist in drei Kategorien aufgeteilt:\n\nKategorie 1: Beste Geschäftsidee in der Studienzeit\nist offen für die unternehmerischen Ideen immatrikulierter Student*innen der beiden Hochschulen\, die innerhalb der letzten zwei Jahre im Rahmen einer Lehrveranstaltung\, innerhalb eines Programms der Gründungsfabrik Rheingau oder auf einen sonstigen Impuls hin entstanden sind. Die Ideen müssen noch nicht zwingend umgesetzt worden sein\, der Wille hierfür sollte jedoch stark erkennbar sein. \nKategorie 2: Beste Gründung aus der Hochschule Geisenheim / EBS Universität\nist offen für die unternehmerischen Ideen und/oder Geschäftsmodelle\, die innerhalb der letzten beiden Jahre von Studierenden\, Alumni oder Mitarbeitenden der beiden Hochschulen umgesetzt wurden. Die Ideen müssen noch nicht zwingend umgesetzt bzw. das Unternehmen noch nicht gegründet worden sein\, der Wille hierfür sollte jedoch stark erkennbar sein. \nKategorie 3: Beste Gründung aus dem Rheingau\nist offen für die unternehmerischen Ideen aus der Rheingauer Bevölkerung\, die innerhalb der letzten beiden Jahre umgesetzt wurden. Das Unternehmen kann gegründet worden sein\, muss jedoch noch nicht zwingend eine Geschäftstätigkeit aufgenommen haben. Ein Bezug zu einer der Hochschulen muss nicht gegeben sein\, jedoch muss ein Bezug zum Rheingau vorhanden sein. \n\nJede Kategorie hat die folgenden Preise:\n\nPlatz 1.500 €\nPlatz 1.000 €\nPlatz 500 €\n\nZusätzlich erhalten die Gewinnerteams des ersten Platzes der ersten beiden Kategorien einen Büroplatz über einen Zeitraum von drei Monaten in der Gründungsfabrik Rheingau. DESCRIPTION:Female Founders- Gründen Frauen anders? \nDie Motive zum Gründen unterscheiden sich von einer Person zur anderen; hierbei gibt es speziell Unterschiede zwischen Frauen und Männern bzw. Gründerinnen und Gründern. Jedoch bedeuten diese unterschiedlichen Motive nicht unbedingt\, dass eine Gründerin weniger erfolgreich als ein Gründer ist (oder umgekehrt). In diesem Vortrag erfahrt Ihr\, wo die Unterschiede liegen\, warum sie überhaupt existieren und wie sowohl Gründerinnen als auch Gründer davon profitieren können.
