DESCRIPTION:For the 3rd time\, the winners of the Rheingau Start-up Award (RGP22) will be sent to the finals within the framework of a large pitch event and honored directly afterwards. \nFor the first time – after two years under the sign of Corona – the final of the RGP22 is to take place in a large plenum. This year on November 28\, 2022 in the “new forum” of the EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel. In three categories\, the best teams from the application phase will try to convince the jury from business\, research and education of their ideas in final pitches and win one of the 9 prizes totaling 9\,000 EUR in the end. \nYou want to be part of this exciting event? DESCRIPTION:This impulse of serves two purposes: 1)Put the non-lawyer’s perspective on law and legal issues in proportion. Law is a tool to enable business – here of a start-up. 2) Discuss legal instruments for debt funding the business. The impulse will discuss tools for rasising debt at opposed to equity\, like lending from banks\, specialized institutions\, seed financiers\, Series A etc. investions and others. The legal instruments are loans or bonds.
