This impulse of serves two purposes: 1)Put the non-lawyer’s perspective on law and legal issues in proportion. Law is a tool to enable business – here of a start-up. 2) Discuss legal instruments for debt funding the business. The impulse will discuss tools for rasising debt at opposed to equity, like lending from banks, specialized institutions, seed financiers, Series A etc. investions and others. The legal instruments are loans or bonds.
