Workshop trainer: This workshop offers you the unique opportunity to learn from a renowned scientist and consultant with over 25 years of experience with international companies and living in different countries for many years. Dr Markus Alsleben is the founder and Managing Director of LEADERSHIP | INNOVATION, a small leadership development consultancy based in Kassel, Germany, offering transformative training programmes for global multinational and mid-sized companies.

The programme includes, among others:

• Basic concepts of internationalisation and introduction to globalisation
• Market entry strategies with the Internationalisation Canvas
• Intercultural communication and negotiation skills
• Introduction to various geographical clusters of interest to the participants with external expert speakers
• Development of the internationalisation roadmap
• Intercultural sales and pitch training, pitch exercises & feedback
