The Workshop customer centric communication focuses on streamlining your message to the customer. Streamlining in this context means, finding two or three sentences, and one or two visuals to convey to your customer the benefit of your products and services. Which painkiller do they get, which gain do they get, and which tasks do they get fulfilled. Addressing this properly to your dream customer, the one you get up for in the middle of the night, that´s the dream customer we are talking about. It´s a difficult task, condensing your whole business plan and vision in a snap of information, is what you need to do to reach out to people these days and a challenge.
